select wines from our range for you to discover.
It's a casual tasting, no pressure and not guided so you can try
whilst browsing the shop. If you needed to know more, our
knowledgeable wine staff will be on hand to offer advice.

La Fonte d'Oro 2017 - Simon's Wine of the
Month
Puglia, Italy 14% abv

A smooth, concentrated red, packed with black fruit flavour
thanks to some brilliantly creative winemaking. After two weeks'
drying time, the grapes are pressed, extracting a rich,
flavour-packed juice. Six months in oak adds toasty layers of
vanilla and spice. Decant and serve with tender lamb shanks or beef
stew.
Bird in Hand Syrah 2017
Adelaide Hills, Australia 14% abv

Voted best Australian red wine at the International Wine
Challenge. Bird in Hand Syrah is a medium bodied, elegant and
structured wine with soft, gentle tannins balanced with enough
fruit weight to drive a long finish. The aromatics are lifted
and perfumed, with sweet florals, blackberry and a hint of pepper
complemented by a touch of intriguing charry smoke.
Bird in Hand Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Adelaide Hills, Australia 12.5% abv

From the lush and leafy Adelaide Hills comes some of Australia's
most elegant cool climate Chardonnay and Sauvignon
Blanc. Racy, fresh and punchy, with aromatic and varietal
notes of passionfruit, fresh pineapple and grapefruit. A
premium quality Sauvignon Blanc by Bird in Hand, full of
flavour, with a slightly textured mid-palate that finishes dry,
with subtle citrus acidity.
Two in the Bush Chardonnay 2017
Adelaide Hills, Australia 13% abv

This Bird In the Hand is definitely worth two in the bush as the
saying goes. But honestly, this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay
consistently over-delivers and makes us marvel at how they do it.
It's lightly oaked in old French barrels, and mixes up pure stone
fruit with complexed nutty oak before a creamy palate of peach
that's textured and long.
