24 Carat Unfiltered, our 5% golden American style pale ale has become a popular addition to our bottled beer range and we've decided to release a limited amount as a draught beer.

Hops dominate the character of this beer! We have used New World hops and a blend of traditional, home grown Malted Barley to give this golden beer an intense, tropical aroma and a distinctive bittersweet flavour, typical of a contemporary American Pale Ale.

The draught version should be served colder than real ale, more like lager temperature and through a font tap rather than a handpull. It is also left unfiltered and will be naturally hazy. The haze won't affect the beer's flavours or aromas, you can still expect lots of tropical fruit, pine, citrus on the nose. The hop bitterness is tempered by sweet caramel flavours from the malt. Complex but expertly balanced and delicious!
