Welcome to the New Website and a Fresh Membership Structure
We’ve launched our brand new website!
Alongside the new website, we’ve also made improvements to our Membership Club Social Nights, making them much more flexible.
New Membership Structure
Available options:
- Simple Membership – No nights included, all other membership benefits
- 3 Night Membership – 3 nights per year
- 6 Night Membership – 6 nights per year
- 9 Night Membership – 9 nights per year
Previously, memberships included 0, 1, 2 or 3 Social Nights, with up to 2 guests per visit. We’ve now made this much more flexible.
More Flexibility
Social Nights can now be used however you like.
1 night = 1 person
For example, if you have 9 nights in your membership year, you could use them as:
- 1 visit, yourself + 8 guests
- 3 visits, yourself + 2 guests each
- 9 solo visits
- Any mix that suits you
This replaces the previous system which limited visits to three nights per year with two guests each time.
Membership benefits still include:
- 10% off beer from our online shop or at the brewery Tap Yard and Shop
- Member Social Nights
- Joining gifts
You can also add extra nights at any time if needed.
What Happens to Existing Members
All existing member nights have automatically transferred into the new system.
To ensure no one loses out, all existing nights have been updated to reflect the new structure (multiplied by three).
If you currently have more than 9 nights available in your account, you can continue to use them as normal and as before any unused nights will still roll over into the following year.
The updated system will apply to Social Nights from May onwards.
Booking Social Nights
Members will still need to book in advance so we can plan for numbers.
However, nights are only deducted when you arrive. If you book but can’t attend, you won’t lose a night.
On the evening, simply arrive and give your name or membership number – no booking reference or printed email needed.
Adding Extra Nights
You can top up your membership with additional nights up to a maximum of 9 nights. Any rollover nights can still be used on top of this.

Once set with a new password, you can log in using your email and new password.

From your account you can:
- Access your membership card as a QR code for use at the brewery
- Buy beer online with your 10% membership discount
- Check your membership number and renewal date
- Manage auto-renew settings (if membership purchased or renewed through new website
- Store delivery addresses and payment cards
- Manage gift cards
- Update your contact details
Please note: We’ve moved to a brand new website platform, which unfortunately means your previous purchase history hasn’t carried over. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
To access your account, you’ll need to create a password.
To do this, either click here or visit My Account and reset your password.
We know that’s frustrating and not what you’d expect, and we’re sorry for the hassle this may cause.

Membership Auto-Renewal
As we’ve moved to a new system, any existing auto-renewal settings haven’t carried over to the new site. We know that’s not ideal, and we’re sorry for any frustration casued.
When your membership is due, you can easily set things back up by renewing through the online shop
