Then our weekly wine tasting is perfect for you...every Saturday we
select wines from our range for you to discover.
It's a casual tasting, no pressure and not guided so you can try
whilst browsing the shop. If you needed to know more, our
knowledgeable wine staff will be on hand to offer advice.
Samples will be available from 10am to 5pm each Saturday.
Domaine du Mas Ensoleillé Rosé 2016
Provence, France 12.5% abv
Provence has long been a mecca for fine rosé - wines with lovely
berry character balanced by a savoury, creamy richness. Domaine
Proux is a new addition to our range, with bright fresh berry and
stony lemon flavours and a creamy underlay.
Whether skies are drab grey or blue, make sure you have a bottle
of this in the fridge.
The Rustler Pinotage 2017
Western Cape, South Africa 14.5% abv
Pinotage is South Africa's trump card grape - with a
distinctive, spicy coffee aroma and rich berry notes.
Made by champion Bruce Jack, a former Winemaker of the Year,
this is a fresh, fruity style with juicy plum and a touch of
tobacco from the oak.
Velvety and fruity, this red makes a great partner to grilled
lamb or a warming casserole.
Stellenrust Rare Series Lucky No.7 2010
Stellenbosch, South Africa 16% abv
At 16% vol, this intensely rich Rare Series Shiraz dwarfs even
so-called Big Reds. It is made in tiny quantities at the
Stellenrust estate, one of the most important family wineries in
South Africa and with a reputation for seriously top-notch

port-like in character with brooding cherry, pepper and violet
