Then our weekly wine tasting is perfect for you...every Saturday we
select wines from our range for you to discover.
It's a casual tasting, no pressure and not guided so you can try
whilst browsing the shop. If you needed to know more, our
knowledgeable wine staff will be on hand to offer advice.
Samples will be available from 10am to 5pm each Saturday.

Domaine du Mas
Ensoleillé 2018 Simon's Wine of the Month
Provence, France 12.5%
This is a delicious wine from a small cellar in Aix en Provence,
and is made from Provence's finest varieties for elegant
Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony
zip - this wine is as delightful on its own as it is with seafood
or lighter vegetarian dishes.
Greco di Tufo, Italy 12.5%
From a family cellar in Campania, this white has delightful
honeyed pear and lemon fruit - a wine brimming with character. The
grape, Greco di Tufo, is Greek in origin, but today is decidedly
Italian. With hints of pear, almond and citrus, this is a white to
savour with vegetarian and seafood
Château le Coin
Sauvignon Gris 2018
Bordeaux, France 13% abv
Cousin to Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris is richer and spicier,
yet still with appetising zip. All the grapes are grown at a superb
estate in the Entre Deux Mers, The soils are ideal - the limestone
helps to produce lovely fruit intensity. Old vine grapes and a tiny
portion of oak fermentation lends even more richness. Great solo or
with a creamy gratin.
The Four Marx Brothers
California, USA 13%
This is a velvety, easy-drinking California Merlot. It hails
from prime-sited Central Coast vineyards and the fantastic 2016
vintage. Light oak aging adds gentle spice notes to the ripe,
red-fruit flavours and silky-smooth tannins.

Mendoza, Argentina 13.5%
Juicy, rich and bursting with sumptuous black fruit, Armando H
explains why Argentinean Malbec is so popular right now. It's from
Bodega Los Toneles, a handsome winery that has been producing top
