Patronus GSM 2019
Barossa Valley, Australia 14.5% abv
A classic blend of old vine Grenache and carefully selected
Shiraz and Mouvèdre grapes. Aged in oak barrels and bottled
in early 2018, its rich and ripe with black fruit balanced by
a powerful, spicy edge and silky texture. Enjoy with rib-eye steak
or lamb casserole.
Flagstone Estate Vat 16
Stellenbosch, South Africa 16% abv
At 16% Vol the wine's name speaks for itself. It certainly
provides a warming, supple mouthful of fruit whenever you might
need one! It's made largely from Grenache, a Rhône grape not
widely seen in the Cape but. Unoaked, this juicy Grenache, blended
with a portion of Cinsault is great on its own or with sausages and
mash or a spicy bean casserole.
White Duck 2016
New South Wales, Australia 13% abv
An irresistible blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio expertly
crafted by top winemaker Sam Trimboli. With its bright, fresh,
lemony and ripe melon flavours, it makes a perfect match for spicy
noodles and Thai currys.
Pillastro Rosato 2016
Puglia, Italy 13% abv
Deliciously fresh, floral and berry scented rosato from Puglia's
super-hero grape Primitivo. Crisp, elegant with bright berry fruit
flavours and a hint of spice. Perfect on its own and goes well with
