Patronus GSM 2019
Barossa Valley, Australia 14.5% abv
A classic blend of old vine Grenache and carefully selected
Shiraz and Mouvèdre grapes. Aged in oak barrels and bottled
in early 2018, its rich and ripe with black fruit balanced by
a powerful, spicy edge and silky texture. Enjoy with rib-eye steak
or lamb casserole.
Corsiero Nero 2016
Puglia, Italy 13% abv
Made by the award-winning Mario Ercolino, Corsiero Nero is
crafted from select parcels of Nero di Troia grapes, grown in the
foothills of the Apennines in Northern Puglia. With 6 months ageing
in oak barrels, Corsiero Nero is a sumptuous wine with layered wild
blackberry, violet and subtle smoky vanilla characters, supported
by supple tannins and a long complex finish. It's the perfect wine
to enjoy with rich pasta dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Le Rosé de La Clarrière 2017
Bordeaux, France 12% abv
Was £12.99 - Now £10.99
It's nearly all Cabernet Sauvignon, with a drop of Cabernet
Franc, fermented very slowly and cold in stainless steel tanks.
That's the way we capture the delicate summer berry fruit and zippy
citrus freshness. You can breathe in all its lovely aromas, too. It
really is as pretty and crisp as its label suggests, and is
versatile with food.
Cabalié Blanc 2017
Vin de France 12% abv
Rich, rounded, yet crisp southern French white. The magical
grape mix is Viognier for honeysuckle aroma and soft texture,
Muscat for dazzlingly aromatic grapey notes, and Colombard to keep
it all crisp and zesty. Bursting with tropical fruit, Cabalié is
perfect with fresh seafood or grilled chicken.
