What Is The Best Temperature To Store My Beer?

This is dependent on personal preference and beer style.

Lager (Rebellion Lager)  4-7°C

Porter/Stout (Rebellion Black) 10-13°C

Copper to dark malty English Ales (Rebellion IPA, Rebellion Roasted Nuts) 10-13°C

Golden to copper Hoppy Ales (Rebellion Overthrow, Rebellion Smuggler) 8-10°C

American style pale ale (Rebellion 24 Carat) 4-7°C (Fridge temp)

Witbier (Rebellion White) beer 4-7°C (Fridge temp)

If you store our brewery-fresh draught beers in the fridge, the beer can suffer from a slight hazing caused by the proteins reacting to the change in temperature. This haze will not affect the flavour of the beer but will give it a less than clear look.
