Rocket - February's Monthly Beer

Rocket, February's monthly beer is now available online and at the brewery, though I can't believe we've already had one month of 2022!!!!

Rocket is a full-bodied red ale with a considerable fruity hop aroma. A good deal of specialty malt gives this beer its deep reddy brown hue and full body. To achieve the substantial hop aroma that sets this beer apart we had to stuff our hopback with as much Mosaic leaf hop as we could. A recipe crammed with amazing malt and hops, it's exactly the type of beer we brewers love to make (and drink!).
