The Rebellion Tap Yard is looking for a new part-time team member. The Tap Yard is Rebellion Beer Company's on-site bar, serving the best pints of Rebellion Beer in a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere.   

This is a perfect role for people looking to further or gain bar experience, as well as learning about beer at a local brewery with a great reputation and history while working in the newest part of the company.    

Job Description   

You will be working as part of the Tap Yard team before, during and after service in various ways, from pulling pints to maintaining the aesthetic and cleanliness of the Tap Yard, as well as supporting the managers in any tasks that may need completing. Also, to represent Rebellion Beer Company in a professional and polite manner and with a friendly, customer focused attitude. You will need to be well presented, confident, and good at working in a team.    

Hours   

The working hours will be between 16 -22 hours, likelyFriday evening/night, all day Saturday, and the occasional Thursday evening/night.   

Hours range from starting at 11am to finishing at 11pm.    

Salary   

Salary will be based on age, experience and performance, discussed at interview.    

Job Responsibilities   

Serving Rebellion and other products to a high standard set out by the Tap Yard managers.   

Collecting, washing and running glassware to and from the bar.   

Always maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and floor.   

Maintaining stock levels on the bar and in the cellar.   

Having a positive, friendly, helpful and customer focused attitude.   

Raising any issues to the managers.    

Experience and Qualifications   

You do not need any qualifications or experience, but some relevant restaurant/bar experience will be helpful.Training will be provided in all aspects of the job, from pouring pints, how to serve customers to making coffee and checking what to look for in beer quality.
