Smuggler

Well Hopped Amber Ale, 4.2% ABV : An amber coloured, special bitter with a distinctive fruity hop character, and lasting bittersweet finish.

 

Overthrow

Extra Pale & Crisp. 4.3% : Overthrow is an easy drinking, well balanced pale ale with a pleasing hoppy aroma. Brewed with exclusively 100% Marris Otter pale ale malt which gives a clean and crisp base. British hops First Gold and Goldings add citrus and floral notes. American Citra hops added to the hopback add a distinct aroma of grapefruit and tropical fruit.

 

Roasted Nuts

Reddish Brown & Fruity, 4.6% ABV : A deep ruby, complex and flavoursome beer, packed with intense and distinctive malt & hop character.

 

Hazy Pale

Hazy, Hoppy, Fruity and Tropical, 4.3% ABV : A fruity and refreshing craft style pale beer, with an emphasis on hop-derived fruitiness and subdued but balanced bitterness.

 

Black

Rich & Complex Nitro Stout. 5.2% ABV. Hot wort percolates through a bed of cocoa nibs on Cascade hops infusing our stout with dark chocolate smoothness

 

Rebellion Lager

Rebellion IPA

Copper Session Bitter 3.4% 500ml. A classic, copper coloured, session bitter, esteemed for its easy drinking and well-balanced character.

 

Blonde

Golden & Refreshing. 4.3% ABV : A pale, golden ale, with a refreshing, crisp hop character and a well-balanced malt flavour. Serve at cellar temperature (8-12°C) to enjoy the complex flavours of a traditional pale ale. Or cool it down to fridge temperature (4-6°C) to savour it as a thirst-quenching alternative to lager.

 

Red

Deep Red & Malty. 4.5% ABV : A premium ale with a deep, reddish hue and packed with complex malt and hop character.

 

Zebedee Bottle

A straw coloured, pale ale with a clean, fresh & uncomplicated taste. The hops add a crisp bitterness, making it very drinkable. Citra hops added in the hopback give Zebedee a tropical fruit aroma.  

 

24 Carat

Golden, Hoppy & Bittersweet. 5% ABV : Hops dominate the character of this beer! We have used New World hops and a blend of traditional, home-grown malted barley to give this golden beer an intense, tropical aroma and a distinctive bittersweet flavour, typical of a contemporary American Pale Ale.

 

Roasted Nuts Extra

Deep, Red & Flavoursome. 5.8% ABV : Based on our ever-popular cask beer, Roasted Nuts Extra is brewed to a higher strength to make this bottled version a bit extra. The rich malt character is complimented by the fruit flavours from the Cascade and Bramling Cross hops. Think of this beer as a claret, best served at cellar temperature. Whilst it can be enjoyed at anytime, its deep, complex nature marries beautifully with hearty winter stews and red meats.

 

Winter Royal

Ruby & Warming 5.4% 500ml Originally brewed by the Wethereds Brewery in Marlow, Winter Royal became one of their flagship beers until the brewery closed in 1988. We are proud to be reviving this popular beer using the original Wethered's recipe.

 

Lager

Crisp and Refreshing, 4.4% ABV : An authentic lager brewed using the finest specialist malt and yeast. The key to its delicate clean taste is a cold fermentation and a long, slow maturation which allows the subtle flavours to slowly develop. Continental hops add a light floral element and gentle bitterness, helping to create an extremely crisp, refreshing and drinkable character. Serve out of the fridge 4°C.

 

Black

Rich & Complex Stout. 5.2% ABV : Five speciality malts make up Rebellion Black's deeply complex grist. Hot wort percolates through a bed of cocoa nibs on Cascade hops infusing our stout with dark chocolate smoothness, in subtle contrast to the coffee-like intensity from the roasted malts.

Labyrinth

4.1% Dark and Malty: Labyrinth is a traditional bitter that is as dark as the centre of the minotaur’s maze. Roasted and crystal malt flavours dominate along with floral and earthy hop notes.

 

February

Underworld

Underworld: 4.4%. A hoppy red ale with a citrus bite. Deep red in colour, full bodied and with enough malty sweetness to balance out a sizeable hop addition. Dragon hops add notes of lemon and passionfruit.

Endurance

Endurance: 4%. Amber and Floral. An extremely well balanced amber ale with herbal and floral hop aroma. Offering perfect refreshment for those days when you feel like you have had the world on your shoulders...

Tempest

Tempest: 4.5%. Copper and Hoppy. We’ve been brewing up a storm with Tempest; a copper best bitter that’s been liberally hopped with US varieties Talus and Azacca. Citrus and tropical fruit notes dominate this well-balanced ale.

Zebedee

Zebedee: 4.7%. A straw coloured, pale ale with a clean, fresh & uncomplicated taste. The hops add a crisp bitterness, making it very drinkable. Citra hops added in the hopback give Zebedee a tropical fruit aroma.  

 

June

Downfall

Downfall: 4.4%. Extra pale ale with Solero hops, which share a flavour profile with their ice cream namesake butunlike the ice cream or Icarus’s wings, this beer won’t melt away in your hand. Citrus and tropical notes for perfect summer refreshment.

 

July

Defender

Defender: 4%. A Golden ale that's single hopped with Callista, which adds distinct fruity and red berry character. Well balanced and refreshing.

 

August

Thunderbolt

Thunderbolt: 3.4%. For a beer named after the sovereign of the Gods, we’ve brewed with Sovereign hops, which impart a subtle floral and grassy aroma. Brewed at highly quaffable 3.4%, making it as refreshing as a thundery shower on a stifling summers day.

Huntress

Huntress 4.2%. Huntress is a classic amber best bitter that really hits the spot. It seemed only right to use Archer hops which have a classic floral and citrus character.

Mutiny

Mutiny. 4.5%. A full bodied, ruby coloured premium ale with a rich, complex malt character, and well-balanced hop bitterness and flavour.

Challenger

Challenger 4.1%. A malt forward best bitter with caramel and biscuit notes. Challenger hops add robust notes of spice and pine.

Festive Nectar

Festive Nectar 3.4%. Brewed with new hop variety Alora which promises to deliver a full horn of plenty’s worth of fruity character. Perfect for a Dionysian orgy, or any other seasonal festivity.
