The Folklore Behind Spring Crown

Spring Crown is inspired by the May Queen, a traditional figure of British folklore who symbolises the arrival of spring and the renewal of the natural world. During May Day celebrations, a young woman would be chosen to wear a crown of flowers, representing the spirit of the season and the land awakening after winter.

She leads the festivities as people gather to dance around the maypole, welcoming warmer days and the return of blossom, birds, and new life. The May Queen embodies the joy and vitality of spring, when the countryside bursts into colour and the world feels bright again.

Your delivery postcode must be within 17 miles of the brewery.

Minimum beer order

Within 10 miles of the brewery: £10 minimum beer spend.
Between 10 and 20 miles from the brewery (some areas up to 23 miles): £30 minimum beer spend.

You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery with an estimated delivery time.

Orders are delivered by our drivers before 6pm on your selected delivery day.

If you are outside our local delivery range, your order will be sent via courier.

Free local courier (when free local delivery slots are full)

If all local delivery slots are full on your chosen day, we may offer to send your order via a third-party courier.

Delivery will not be made by our drivers.
We cannot collect empty barrels or bottles on this delivery.
Empties can be collected when we next deliver ourselves.

We only ship to mainland UK.
All beer is sent via UK Mail.

Available for orders placed between midday Thursday and midday Friday.
£13 for the first box and £5 for each additional box.

Draught beer and weekend orders

Orders placed after midday on Thursday or at any time on Friday using standard courier.
Packed on Monday and delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.
This ensures your beer does not sit in a depot over the weekend and arrives as fresh as possible.
