The great news is that the pub, as of September 2018, is now a
free house, able to serve whatever beer they like. They have chosen
to stock many of ours, including IPA, seasonal and our lager.
Other than great beer, the have a gin bar, cocktails and
Very much a drinking pub, the Ship does also serve a small but
nice menu with burgers and sandwiches and a kid's menu.
They have live music and show sport on the screens. They also
open late at the weekend.
Their garden is lovely and big with lot of seating and flowers.
An oasis in a town centre.
