We're currently looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant
Rebellion is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual
to join our team as a full time Retail Assistant. You'll be working
in our fast-paced retail shop and drive-through, where exceptional
customer service skills and a positive attitude will be
essential.
Job Introduction
As a sales assistant you are the face of Rebellion.
Our Rebellion Beer team are passionate about our beer and your
enthusiasm for our brand will be at the heart of delivering the
ultimate shopping experience for our customers. You will go out of
your way to help and serve our customers.
Working Day
Full time, 5-day week including Saturdays, 9-hour day, scheduled
shifts to cover opening hours from 8.30 to 7.30. Working evenings
when we have our members and open nights. Helping at events we may
run.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in the drive through and shop, serving
customers.
- Have excellent product knowledge. (Training given)
- Take pride in the appearance of the different retail areas and
site.
- Assisting in making up the different packs that we sell.
- Stocking up the selves.
- Learn how to use the different digital systems we use across
the company.
- Stock control.
