Belgian Quad
Belgian Quadrupels are among the world’s great sipping beers, originally developed by Trappist monks and celebrated for their rich malt character, expressive fruit notes and elevated strength. Our interpretation takes this classic style a step further, spending six months maturing in Chardonnay barrels from Harrow & Hope before being bottle conditioned on site.
The result is a deeply complex beer with aromas of stewed fruits, raisins and ripe plum layered over caramelised sugar, toffee and dark malt. Time in oak adds subtle notes of vanilla, spice and soft wine-like character, complementing the beer’s natural richness without overpowering it. Full-bodied and luxuriously smooth, it delivers warming alcohol, gentle sweetness and a long, satisfying finish.

Baltic Porter
Born on the shores of the Baltic Sea, Baltic Porters were originally inspired by the strong porters exported from Great Britain in the 18th century. Local brewers adapted the style to suit colder brewing conditions, using lager yeast and cool fermentation to create a beer with the rich character of a porter but a cleaner, smoother finish.
Our Baltic Porter is matured for six months in French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to an already robust beer. Layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt and dried fruit are complemented by subtle notes of oak, vanilla and spice. Full-bodied yet refined, it combines the richness of a traditional porter with the crisp, elegant character that defines the Baltic style.
