The shelf life means that if the barrel isn't finished at a party
it can be finished days after with the beer remaining in top
condition.

Chilling. We can't get the cooling packs
anymore. If you'd like the beer chilled we'd suggest the best thing
would be to place it in a big tub with chilled water. Once cold it
will hold its temperature well…
